Caity graduated from RMIT University in 2019 with a double bachelor degree in health science and applied science (Osteopathy).

Caity has been involved in high level sport her entire life, doing elite gymnastics as a child, followed by national level rowing during high school, which lead into competitive CrossFit. It was through CrossFit that Caity found weightlifting and she has been competing in this sport at a national and international level since 2017.

Due to her extensive athletic career, Caity is no stranger to manual treatment which is what originally inspired her to become an osteopath. Through studying the human body extensively, she found a passion for helping all kinds of people to become the best versions of themselves.

Caity believes strongly in getting the basics right and likes to keep her approach to treatment simple and specific to each patient. Caity believes that regular movement, adequate nutrition and appropriate stress management strategies are a huge part of optimal health and therefore incorporates these pillars of health into all of her patient consultations.
