With a passion for helping people achieve their goals, Cameron believes that an understanding and application of movement is the key to feeling good, and this resonates in his approach which combines hands-on treatment with movementbased interventions.

Identifying movement patterns helps him with the treatment of present injuries, and also assists as a proactive method for preventing future injuries. Furthermore, Cameron recognises that movement is not only essential for physical health but also plays a critical role in mental and emotional well-being, and as such, he takes a holistic approach to his practice, considering all aspects of his client’s health and lifestyle. Whatever your symptom may be, his approach targets finding and addressing the root cause to get you back to doing what you love.

Cameron has a special passion for treating lower limb injuries and working with athletes of all levels, from the pros to the weekend warriors. He loves nothing more than helping people start their exercise journey, especially when it comes to running, which he has lots of experience with thanks to his work at The Running Company. Cameron finds it rewarding to help clients reach their fitness goals by using his expertise in biomechanics.
