NEXT LEVEL RUNNING

What is Next Level Running and who is it for?

The more efficiently your body moves, the better you can perform – and avoid injury.

Next Level Running helps you to run faster, longer and in a more efficient way. It helps you to understand how your body moves whilst running and gain control of your aches pains and niggles.
First we analyse your running style in an extensive entrance test with the latest measuring and video technology, carry out speed, reaction and jumping tests and analyse existing movement patterns. Through a series of tests and assessments we can identify any weaknesses that may potentially be contributing to any aches and pains you may be experiencing.

Once we have assessed you we then work with you on your running technique, design you an individual 6 week training plan tailored to you with technique elements, strengthening and speed exercises.

At the end of the 6 weeks we reassess through our video analysis and compare to your form from your initial consult.

It is especially important for children and young people to learn how to run CORRECTLY. Thanks to our innovative Next Level Running training method, we promote motor skills as well as the development of the central nervous system.

Our neuro-muscular training is demonstrated to have a very positive effect on learning ability, concentration, perceptive skills and self-confidence.

Next Level Running promotes and supports the learning capacity, the concentration ability AND the body control of children and young people! It also develops, refines and improves balance, coordination, rhythm, mobility and speed!
