Throughout studying osteopathy Jake worked as a personal trainer for 5 years. Personal training taught Jake strong communication skills and how various body types move. This helped Jake to form a strong understanding of human biomechanics and the importance of movement and rehabilitation.

After graduation Jake moved back home to Canberra to work in a large multidisciplinary clinic. He learnt to accurately diagnosis and treat whilst working closely with various disciplines to provide patient centred care.

Over the years consulting as an osteopath Jake observed and came to realise that physical dysfunction has a very close relationship with diet. With that knowledge and With the goal of providing the best in holistic care Jake return to study a Masters in Human Nutrition. He is still currently undertaking his studies. Using his new knowledge Jake has seen significant improvements in patients’ conditions providing nutritional education along with physical therapy.
