Jesse is our Strength and Conditioning coach at The Osteopathic Clinic. He has been playing AFL for over 12 years and more recently competing as a sprinter in the Victorian Athletic League. With a deep understanding of sport-specific training, he aims to enhance the physical performance of athletes both in the gym and on the field. Jesse’s focus is always on his clients, and his experience as an athlete and coach enables him to tailor training programs to achieve their individual health and fitness goals, all while creating a fun and enjoyable training environment.
Whether you are recovering from an injury, managing chronic pain, or simply looking to move better in your daily life, Jesse will create personalized programs that strengthen muscles, improve joint stability and enhance overall movement patterns. By working closely with our osteos, Jesse will ensure that every plan complements any ongoing treatment, whether you're post- injury, returning to exercise, or looking to prevent future issues
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Exercise Science (Sport Practice)
- Master of Sport & Exercise Science (Strength & Conditioning)
- Internship at Melbourne Victory Academy (Strength & Conditioning Coach)
- Internship at FAST Sprint Squad (Strength & Conditioning Coach)
More About Jesse
Jesse competes each weekend around the state in The Victorian Athletic League, he competes over 120m - 400m. He enjoys travelling and spending time with family and friends.
